We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, Account Manager with extensive knowledge and experience in Networking and Cyber Security

The goal of the successful candidate is to be a go-to Ip.Glass person for our key clients and vendor accounts.

Main responsibilities

We welcome people who can drive the outcomes, enjoy working unsupervised, can think outside the box and are easy to engage for the customers. Some of the key themes you would initially be responsible for:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Understand client needs and proactively propose technical and strategic solutions
  • Monitor client success metrics and KPIs to ensure value delivery
  • Collaborate with senior team members on strategic vendor relationship management
  • Assist in the preparation and response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and SOWs (Statements of Work)
  • Help align client goals with internal service delivery and support teams
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Contribute to lead generation and new business initiatives
  • Participate in client presentations and technical scoping sessions

Your Background

  • 3-5 years experience in account management, sales engineering, or technical customer success
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to understand IT/networking/telecom solutions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience supporting proposal creation (RFPs, SOWs, solution quotes)
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team structure
  • Confident engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Business development experience (even if junior-level) is a huge plus
