About the Role

Ip.Glass, a leading cybersecurity solutions provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales / Project Coordinator / Administrator to join our dynamic team in Macquarie Park, NSW.

This full-time, junior-level position offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in sales support, project coordination, and business administration. We're looking for someone proactive, organised, and eager to learn — someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to grow with us.

With this being a junior role, we are excited to mentor the right candidate and support their ongoing development and career progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities

In this diverse and engaging role, you’ll be responsible for supporting internal sales processes, project coordination tasks, and general administrative duties, including:

  • Assisting the Sales team with quote preparation and timely client follow-ups
  • Responding to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Communicating with vendors and distributors to source pricing, availability, and order updates
  • Managing inventory, including tracking stock levels and coordinating hardware deliveries
  • Performing various administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Handling general office duties including managing supplies, organising meetings, and maintaining office systems
  • Supporting small to medium-sized projects alongside the Delivery Manager to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Keeping client project stakeholders updated with relevant information and documentation
  • Collaborating with the Sales, Project, and Service Delivery teams to support day-to-day operations

Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Preferred)
  • 1 year of administration or internal sales support experience (Preferred)
  • Experience with Xero and/or ConnectWise (Preferred)
  • Strong data entry skills, with speed and accuracy
  • Excellent numeracy skills and great attention to detail
  • Confident and professional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
